Please be aware that while we have included most of the major plans with which we are in-network. If you have an insurance not listed, please call the office to verify your plan. Please note: Many patients who have out of network plans will opt to work with us because of the results we provide, please see our Client Success for our reviews.

If you do not have health insurance, or you have maxed out your benefits for this year, Advanced PT offers a private pay plan. For Private Pay, you do not need a referral because Florida is a Direct Access State.
