At Advanced we specialize in the treatment of BPPV and vestibular dysfunction. We are certified to perform the Epley or Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers (CRM) to treat Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) patients. This disorder causes vertigo which is a feeling of spinning or falling. Physical therapy can help resolve those dizzy symptoms and help stabilize your body to prevent any unnecessary falls.
